We want you to love your BaubleBar pieces, but if you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Please note that personalized items, final sale products, and earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene and customization standards.

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Once your request is submitted, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.

Pack Your Baubles

Securely pack your items in their original packaging or a sturdy box, ensuring all original tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside.

Ship and Refund

Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed to your original payment method.
